Winter Routemaster Magazine

The latest Routemaster Magazine, is number 96 the Winter issue, has now been sent out to all current members.

As well as the usual Routemaster Roundup, the magazine includes the following:

- The latest Association News, including the last chance to take part in our members SURVEY 2013, the latest news on parts being stocked and overhauled by the Association, our website and online news. The Sales News includes news of parts re-stocked including a new batch of R1 window rubber, sets of injector pipes for AEC AV590 engines, and emergency “get you home” injector pipes for AEC engines. We are also trying to re-order king pins, gearbox seals and parts for footbrake valves.

- Routemaster 60 update – with the latest details and where to find them on our website, and how to enter your vehicle into the event. Also there are details of special Routemaster 60 blinds that will be available to vehicle owners. But we need YOUR help – are you able to volunteer your services to help over the weekend of the event or would you be interested in sponsoring the event ? If you can help, please let us know by contacting us here.

- Annual General Meeting notification

- Items for sale, including Clayton heaters, DPA fuel pump, Clayton accumulators, brake clevis pins, rear light lenses and re-manufactured bodywork items from Rob Duker.

- Two new EFE models.

- The largest operational fleet of Routemasters in the UK at November 2013.

- News from the FBHVC, Changes to DVLA arrangements, Changes to drivers’ licenses and taxing of historic vehicles.

- Picture Zone of recent photographs, and superb shots of Clydeside liveried RM835 and RM254.
